"I very seldom give reviews, but felt compelled to do so with pictures on gold. The customer service is exceptional If you are not satisfied with your order no questions asked you will get a refund if that's what you request, and because of that I have come back 3x. I have requested a refund in past orders and have received it, and have come back to do business with this company. My last order was better than I expected, a build your locket, and was beautiful. This is the kind of company I want to do business with, they stand behind their product and workmanship"

"My brother was shot August 7th, 2016. He was not only a brother to me, but a best friend. I ordered a necklace with his picture lasered on it that I could keep some of his ashes in. The quality from Pictures on Gold is amazing. It arrived quickly and was packed with care and even included a tool to put the ashes into the pendant.
