Many days later, my package had still not arrived - UPS had misplaced it in the chaos of the holiday shipping season. POG were AMAZING when I called them - they sent me a replacement locket AT NO CHARGE next day air so that it would be here in time for my daughter's birthday. Excellent customer service, and we are all very pleased with the locket, which was engraved with her initial on the outside and had a photo of her with me (her mom) on one side and a photo of her with her dad on the other inside.
